Bionomous SA (“Bionomous”) undertakes to protect the privacy of any users who access the website (the “Website”). The contents of the Website is owned, operated, licensed, and controlled by Bionomous.

1. What data do we collect?

Bionomous will only have access to personal data, which have been voluntarily supplied by users, through the forms provided, or by contacting Bionomous by e-mail or through any other means provided on the Website. We also use Google Analytics to collect information about the use of our website.

According to current regulations, the user is informed that the personal data collected through this Website will become part of a file owned by Bionomous SA, a Swiss company with fiscal address at Z.I. du Vivier, 22 – Villaz-St-Pierre (Switzerland).

3. Purposes

Users’ personal data provided to Bionomous when contacting through the Website or by e-mail will be used to address information needs, marketing purposes, and any other queries. Any other purpose shall be communicated to users before processing personal data.
