Bionomous SA (“Bionomous”) undertakes to protect the privacy of any users who access the website https://bionomous.ch (the “Website”). The contents of the Website is owned, operated, licensed, and controlled by Bionomous.

This document sets out Bionomous policy on the processing of personal data collected through the Website. Bionomous will only have access to personal data, which have been voluntarily supplied by users, through the forms provided, or by contacting Bionomous by e-mail or through any other means provided on the Website. If the Website collects personal data through cookies, the user will be adequately informed through the Cookies Policy and, as the case may be, by any other means required by applicable law. We also use Google Analytics to collect information about the use of our website.

According to current regulations, the user is informed that the personal data collected through this Website will become part of a file owned by Bionomous SA, a Swiss company with fiscal address at Z.I. du Vivier, 22 – Villaz-St-Pierre (Switzerland).

3. Purposes

Users’ personal data provided to Bionomous when contacting through the Website or by e-mail will be used to address information needs and any other queries. Any other purpose shall be communicated to users before processing personal data.
