Bionomous is a Swiss start-up developing and commercializing laboratory instruments to automate certain processes in biology and biotechnology. The company currently employs 20 people in Switzerland and ships his products to customers all over the world. With the rise of sales, the company is currently planning to increase its customer service and support team, to better answer the customer demand.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated person with a technical background in engineering who has strong communication skills and is willing to travel. You will meet and train our customers and distributors worldwide to use our products. You will also be responsible for technical maintenance and support.

Responsabilities

  • Be the direct communication person for customers and distributors
  • Train new customers and distributors on the use of the company products
  • Identify, solve and report product issues
  • Participate actively in the development and improvement of products in conjunction with the R&D team

Qualifications

  • You have an engineering background (HES / EPF)
  • You have very good communication skills in English 
  • You like traveling and creating links with new people
  • You are creative, open minded and you have a critical way of thinking
  • Available to travel more than 50% of the time
